Disclaimer

All programs offered by RiTMiTiKiDS are subject to change or cancellation due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances that may prohibit the operation of the program.The safety of everyone in the program is of the utmost importance to us at RiTMiTiKiDS. Each registrant must recognize a personal responsibility to learn and always follow the safety and other rules established by RiTMiTiKiDS’s staff. I hereby agree that any behaviour of the registrant that places him/herself or others at risk may result in the registrant’s immediate dismissal from the program. Furthermore, if dismissed from the program, I agree to cover any expenses arising from such dismissal. I hereby acknowledge and agree that no refund will be granted for dismissal or removal of the registrant at his/her request before the end of a program session. To ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals participating in the program, RiTMiTiKiDS Learning Centre reserves the right to alter the program at any time without notice or compensation to the Registrant.

 

Collaboration:

RiTMiTiKiDS collaborates with multiple centers and institutions to rent space for conducting face-to-face classes and summer camps. These centers or institutions bear no responsibility for the conduct of classes. RiTMiTiKiDS assumes full responsibility for selecting and hosting classes at the designated venues. In the event of any damage occurring to these centers during classes or summer camps, the registrant is obligated to pay and compensate for any damage caused to the center.

 

Assumption of Risk and Indemnifying Release

While RiTMiTiKiDS Learning Team, staff, and instructors will make every reasonable effort to minimize exposure to known risks associated with each Registrant’s (defined below) participation in RiTMiTiKiDS, I hereby acknowledge that I and/or my child, if I am registering on his/her behalf (collectively, the “Registrant”), may be required, depending on the nature of the Program, to participate in various physical activities that may involve the risk of injury. In this regard, I agree that I have provided (if required) a complete and accurate health history and hereby permit the Registrant to participate in the full range of Program activities, except as specifically noted by me in the health information section of the Program registration (where applicable). In consideration for the Registrant’s opportunity to participate in the Program, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby release and forever discharge the RiTMiTiKiDS, its respective officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents, and their respective successors and assigns, from any and all liability for damages sustained in consequence of loss, injury, or damage to the Registrant, and from all other actions, causes of action, claims, demands, or damages of any kind with respect to death, injury, loss, or damages to any person or property arising out of or connected with preparation for, or participation in, the Program.

 

Medical Emergencies

In the event of an accident, injury, or illness involving the registrant, immediate contact by RiTMiTiKiDS with a designated RiTMiTiKiDS’s staff to secure proper medical treatment and authorize on the registrant’s behalf all procedures, including, without limitation, admission to an emergency unit, hospital, and treatment therein, ordering of x‐rays, tests or treatment, injections, anesthesia, and/or surgery, as deemed necessary by the attending medical professional(s). I agree not to hold the RiTMiTiKiDS responsible for any costs or injury arising out of an emergency.

 

Refund Policy

At RiTMiTiKiDS, our primary goal is to encourage all students to stay engaged in our classes. However, if participation becomes impossible, here are our policies for refunds and cancellations:

– All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email and received at least one week before the start of the class.

– RiTMiTiKiDS reserves the right to decide that a student cannot continue, based on discussions with parents or guardians.

 

Conditions

 

In-Person and Online Classes:

– No full refund will be issued if notice is received within one week before the start of the course.
– A full refund will be provided in case of injury or medical conditions before starting the class, with the submission of relevant medical documents.
– No refund (full or partial) will be given in case of a no-show at the class.
– A $20 administration fee will be applied to any cancellation.
– If your child does not attend or must leave the course during the week due to illness or injury, you will not receive a refund for the days missed.

 

Summer Camps:

– Up to 30 days before the first day of that camp week, you will receive a full refund, less a $20 administrative fee.

– Up to one week before the first day of that camp week, you will receive a 60% refund, less a $20 administrative fee.

– Less than one week before the first day of that camp week, NO REFUNDS.

– A full refund for all remaining days of their camp (in the case of a mid-week shutdown) or a full refund for their registered weeks (before the camp week has started).

– If your child does not attend or must leave camp during the week due to illness or injury, you will not receive a refund for the days missed.

 

Refund Process

All refunds will be processed via Etransfer or PayPal into your account. Note that all refund costs will be the responsibility of the student.
